For more than twenty years, the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley has recognized individuals who are instrumental in improving lives through their community philanthropy. Proceeds from the annual Garden Party help support our Community Grants program, which has granted more $1.1 million since 2000 directly to nonprofits in our region.
