The Ulster Chamber, in partnership with Black History Month Kingston and Ulster County Tourism, will be hosting the 2023 Ulster County Black Business Achievement Awards and Community Connect on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. Everyone is invited to join in the celebration as we honor Black business and community leaders.
