Alzheimer’s Association: Virtual Memory Cafe

A free virtual social program by the Alzheimer’s Association Hudson Valley Chapter for people with early-stage dementia and their family caregivers. This program works with Rhythm Break Cares to provide the restorative power of music, movement and touch to older adults with dementia.
