Join us for the Chamber's Inaugural Customer Experience Lifetime Achievement Awards. We will be presenting the awards to Frank Guido and Mark Guido of the Guido Restaurant Group and Tom Smiley and Eric Gullickson of Mohonk Mountain House. Both local businesses have a long track record of providing exceptional customer service to their guests.
Our Honorees will also be sharing some of their best practices in business; tips and suggestions that everyone who attends will be able to use to improve their customer service skills.
