HealthAlliance Foundation Tulip Ball

The HealthAlliance Foundation’s annual gala will honor Frank and Beverly Finnegan.  The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Sandra A. Horan, while the Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice will receive the Community Service Award.  The event also features dinner, dancing, raffle, a silent auction, and fireworks.
