When leaders are willing to acknowledge mistakes, share stories of their growth and ask for
help, they build a culture of trust. However, this type of sharing can be difficult for some leaders
to adopt. Deb Harrison will use examples to discuss the importance of vulnerability in leadership
and provide tips for guiding leaders at all levels to display it.

Participants will be provided with a reference handout to assist in supporting vulnerability in the
leaders they work with.
