Ulster County SPCA's Howl-O-Ween Party

There will be tricks and lots of treats at The Ulster County SPCA's Howl-O-Ween Party on October 27th at 11:30am. Dress your pet in their best costume to participate in the costume parade and some great contests while you and your family enjoy some refreshments!
