Virtual Breakfast Meeting The Kingstonian Project Update

The developers of The Kingstonian project in Uptown Kingston, Joseph Bonura Jr. of JM Development Group and Brad Jordan of Herzog’s Supply Co. will be our guest speakers at the August Virtual Breakfast Meeting on Thursday, August 13th, starting at 9:00 am. Joe and Brad will be talking about the importance of the business community's support, details of the PILOT agreement and why both are important and necessary for this project. They will also clarify the facts of this much needed Uptown Kingston project.

 

The project would involve a 420-space parking garage, 143 apartments, a 32-room hotel, and 9,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space in Uptown Kingston at Fair and North Front streets. Meanwhile, the project would also link Uptown to the Kingston Plaza with an ADA-compliant pedestrian bridge accessible by elevator.

The breakfast will be broadcast from The Venue Uptown at the Best Western Plus Hotel and Conference Center in Kingston.
