The pursuit of clear, meaningful communication has always been a keen desire in both my personal and professional life. As a bookkeeping and accounting consultant for over 30 years supporting diverse businesses, I often found myself the confidant for employees and employers seeking an ear for their workplace frustrations and aspirations. This led to a deep-seated desire for a process to address workplace concerns. I'm also a singer and have created and led workshops that empower individuals to discover and embrace their own unique voices.

I found Safe Conversations® work to be so practical and effective that I was inspired to transition from my consulting career to become a certified Safe Conversations® Leader.
